What is eNPS?

“On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend working at this organization.”

eNPS, which is measured by the simple question above, is a powerful metric that evaluates the likelihood of employees recommending their workplace to others. Based on their responses, employees fall into three categories:

Promoters (9-10): Highly engaged and satisfied employees who advocate for the organization.
Passives (7-8): Neutral employees who are neither particularly enthusiastic nor disengaged.
Detractors (0-6): Disengaged employees who may negatively influence workplace morale.

The eNPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from promoters.
